After visiting the “Château de Chenonceau”, make your way towards “Le Clos de la Chesneraie” a tradional 19th century house, built on the slopes of the Cher Valley, right in the heart of the Loire.
Béatrice is ready to welcome you all year round in a completely restored former barn.Simple elegance is evident from her love of antiques with which she has furnished and decorated the rooms.



The family live in a “longère” (Touraine long house made of tufa stone).
You will feel at home in the enclosed garden where you may be lucky to catch glimpse of a squirrel in the old oak tree.
Do come and see for yourself. She will even make you try her homemade jam and brioche and other local delicacies.
You have no reason, then, to go past “Le Clos de la Chesneraie” without stopping to enjoy our beautiful Cher Valley.
